Nelly Korda Shares SHOCKING Footage From Last Year’s Dog Bite Incident — Fans Are Horrified 😱⛳

Nelly Korda recently posted a throwback photo on social media of an unforgettable day. While 2024 has had its highs, it was her time in Seattle that was Korda’s darkest moment. The day after her shocking second-round 81 at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, a result that left her in tears, Korda was bitten by a dog while at a coffee shop.

The incident forced the world number one golfer to withdraw from the Aramco Team Series on the Ladies European Tour at Centurion Club (London), a tournament she won last year by four strokes.

At the time, Korda did not post any photos of the injury, only sharing that the bite was on his thigh.

Surprisingly, Nelly Korda is one of three LPGA golfers to be bitten by a dog in 2024. European Solheim Cup captain Anna Nordqvist was bitten while walking on a beach in Thailand earlier this year. Meanwhile, American Alison Lee, who was in impressive form at the end of the 2023 season, was bitten by her boyfriend’s rescue dog, a black Pomeranian named Bear, in late January. She was hospitalized and underwent surgery to treat the infection.

The injury forced Lee to withdraw from the Aramco Saudi Ladies International, which she had won the previous fall, as well as the Honda LPGA Thailand.
