Depp has always denied the allegations and is now suing Heard for defamation for a hefty amount of $50 million, after she wrote a Washington Post op-ed.

In the piece she wrote about experiencing abuse, at the hands of an unnamed man, but due the timing, Depp alleges that it placed him as the likely perpetrator.

According to The Blast, he also says that his ex-wife hit him ‘twice in the face’ back in 2016.

According to Yahoo, back in July, an employee of Johnny’s Bahamian island home gave a testimony stating that Amber once hit her ex with a paint can and called him, ‘washed up’ and ‘fat’ and will ‘die a lonely man.’

That next May, she filed for divorce and the whirlwind of allegations were soon to follow when she was granted a restraining order against her ex after alleging he physically and verbally abused her.
