The special gift from soccer superstar Ronaldo is the first Rolex in singer Luan Santana’s accessory cabinet.
According to Goal, Cristiano Ronaldo invited Brazilian singer Luan Santana to perform at his mother Dolores’ birthday at Savoy Palace (Madeira, Portugal) on New Year’s Eve. After finishing singing, the artist specializing in Setanejo music was given a Rolex watch by the soccer superstar.
The branded accessory worth 65,000 pounds (more than 82,000 USD) made Santana both surprised and emotional. In the video recording the gift receiving scene, Santana expressed to Ronaldo: “You don’t have to do that, no, for God’s sake. Do you know this is my first Rolex? Such a wonderful moment.”
On Instagram, the 33-year-old singer posted a photo from the party and captioned: “It’s an honor to start 2024 with this extremely special family. Thank you for the invitation.”

Ronaldo is currently taking a break from playing during the winter and is not expected to return to the field until early February. After that time, he will play against Al Feiha in the AFC Champions League.
