Coming off a close win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, the Los Angeles Lakers are looking to build some momentum for the first time in weeks against the Toronto Raptors.
They hold an 18-19 record and are hanging onto 10th place in the Western Conference by a fingernail or two.
A loss to the Raptors would almost negate their victory on Sunday and put them back in dire straits.
LeBron James got off to a quiet start offensively against the visitors from Canada on Tuesday evening. But in the second quarter, he provided a highlight by coming downcourt and hitting a long 3-pointer from the tail of the Lakers’ center court logo.
