Mbappe is famous for his generosity when always donating money to charity. He donated all of his prize money at the 2018 World Cup (380,000 pounds) to his own charity fund “Inspired by KM”. This fund is supporting 49 boys and 49 girls in Paris between the ages of 9 and 16 to cover their living expenses until they have a job.
However, Mbappe’s mother has played a key role in his long-term contract negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain in recent years. She is also the asset manager and decides on Mbappe’s competition and sponsorship contracts.
According to Forbes magazine , Mbappe has pocketed a fortune worth 94 million pounds since the beginning of his career through advertising contracts and salaries. At least a third of this amount was donated to charity by the French striker through his company.
Among them, Mbappe’s charity fund was born in 2020. The fund operates based on four basic values: helping children learn, understand, share and pass on knowledge.
“At first, I told Mbappe the amount would be 50% of the company’s profits. But we finalized it to 30%,” Ms. Lamarimother added.
According to Marca newspaper (Spain), this money will support children by providing language courses, cultural and sports trips and enhancing advanced classes.
