🚨 JUST IN: Second Foolio Murder Trial Ends with Guilty Verdict 🏛️

All Four Defendants Found Guilty in Foolio Murder CaseFoolio ~ Voodoo (SLOWED) - YouTubeFour individuals have been convicted in connection with the 2024 murder of Jacksonville rapper Foolio. The verdict was reached on May 8 after a month-long trial in Tampa, Florida. Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy were all found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. The jury deliberated for eight hours before delivering its decision.

Along with the murder convictions, Gathright and the Murphy brothers were also found guilty of attempted second-degree murder for their role in injuring several people during the shooting incident. Additionally, the jury determined that Chance and the Murphy brothers were involved in gang-related activities, with the killing linked to their gang affiliations.

The prosecution presented evidence that Chance, Gathright, both Murphy brothers, and Chance’s girlfriend, Alicia Andrews, orchestrated a plan to target Foolio while he was celebrating his birthday in Tampa on June 23, 2024. Surveillance footage showed Gathright and the Murphy brothers using automatic weapons to open fire on Foolio, who was seated in a parked car outside a Holiday Inn. Authorities also revealed that Chance and Andrews had provided information about Foolio’s whereabouts to facilitate the attack.

The trial is now moving into the penalty phase, where prosecutors will seek the death penalty for all four convicted men. Separately, Alicia Andrews was convicted of manslaughter during her trial last November and is awaiting sentencing.
