KANSAS CITY Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce revealed who he thinks is the best quarterback in the NFL.

Kelce spoke with the media following Kansas City’s Friday practice and had some lofty acclaim for his team’s signal-caller.
The star tight end detailed that he had been impressed with Mahomes’s preparation and mentality since the team drafted the QB in 2017 while also expressing that mindset has only progressed over the years.
“That’s one of the things that Pat’s taken on like a pro since the minute he was in the building.
“It just keeps going up and up. The naysayers can say what they want.
“But he’s playing his best football right now, and you’re seeing why he’s the best quarterback in the league,” Kelce declared.
Kelce highlighted that he is “fortunate” for his situation with the Chiefs and how appreciative he is of playing with someone like Mahomes.
He believes they can continue winning Super Bowls if they keep “ascending” and growing as players.
“Man, it’s been a hell of a ride up to this point, baby.
“And I don’t feel like getting off the rollercoaster any time soon.
“But I’ve been fortunate that 15 [Patrick Mahomes] landed here.
“And on top of that has been willing to grow, not only with me but with coach Reid and his offense. And trying to build this thing to where it is today.
“Hopefully, we just keep ascending into the direction where we wanna go,” Kelce shared.
Mahomes and Kelce have become the NFL’s best duo over the years and recently broke Tom Brady and Rob Grownkowski’s record for the most playoff scores of all time by a QB-receiver duo.
The two hope to keep things rolling into the Chiefs AFC Championship battle on Sunday against the No. 1 seed Ravens. Baltimore likely has the 2023-24 regular season MVP in their QB, Lamar Jackson.
The Chiefs kick off against the Ravens at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday with a bid to the Super Bowl on the line.
