One Chelsea player has now confirmed that he is back in full first team training after a recent spell on the sidelines.
Thiago Silva took to Instagram to post a number of stories where he is taking part in sessions ahead of Chelsea’s long-awaited return to Premier League action.
Silva has not been seen on the pitch since the early stages of the second half against Crystal Palace last month, where the Blues completed a dramatic turnaround victory.

The injury ended up keeping him out of the EFL Cup final in any capacity, with it seeming as if he was the kind of figure who the club were crying out for at Wembley.
It is perhaps no coincidence that Virgil van Dijk, the only defender on the pitch with more than a few seasons’ experience at the top level, was the man who headed home the winner in the final moments of extra-time last Sunday.
While the defensive pairing of Levi Colwill and Axel Disasi has certainly impressed, particularly in the hard-fought draw against Manchester City, having an experienced figure ready and waiting is certainly a positive.

They don’t fit this bill better than Silva, who has previously been described as ‘massive’ by teammate Conor Gallagher this season.
There will no doubt have been a boost to the first team squad when the Brazilian returned to full sessions, as he confirmed on his Instagram story.
The Blues are preparing for their return to the Premier League with the West-London derby against Brentford tomorrow.
The pressure is firmly on manager Mauricio Pochettino and his staff, with the side currently in the bottom half of the table.
It will perhaps be an audition for Ivan Toney to a number of big clubs, with Chelsea one of those really interested in a move for the Englishman in the summer.
