Tasha K Hit With Contempt Ruling as Court Orders Removal of Posts About Cardi B, Offset, and Stefon Diggs
Tasha K is facing fresh legal trouble after a federal judge found her in civil contempt, ordering her to immediately remove online content involving Cardi B, Offset, and Stefon Diggs.
According to court documents, the judge ruled that the blogger violated a previously agreed non-disparagement clause, triggering enforcement measures that now require her to take down all related posts across platforms without delay.
The court decision also imposes financial penalties, ordering Tasha K to pay Cardi B’s legal fees, while also issuing sanctions against her bankruptcy attorney.
The ruling adds another layer to her ongoing legal and financial struggles tied to the original 2022 defamation case brought by Cardi B, in which she was initially ordered to pay $4 million in damages. That figure was later reduced to approximately $1.2 million through bankruptcy proceedings.
While the judge did not immediately impose additional monetary sanctions, the ruling makes clear that further violations could lead to harsher penalties if Tasha K continues to post prohibited content.
In practical terms, the court warned that each additional violation could result in escalating fines and further legal consequences, keeping the pressure firmly on the blogger’s online activity.
Amid the ruling, Tasha K has also launched a GoFundMe campaign titled “Stand with Tasha K To Move Forward”, setting a goal of $3.5 million to help cover her financial obligations. However, the fundraiser has reportedly raised only around $15,000 as of May 13, far below its target.
Despite the ongoing court-ordered repayment plan requiring her to contribute from personal income, the low response to the fundraiser highlights the financial strain surrounding the case and the difficulty she faces in managing the judgment.
The situation continues to develop as the court maintains strict oversight over her compliance with the non-disparagement order.
