SleazyWorld Go previously pled guilty to a felony armed robbery in Michigan in 2016, which barred him from legally possessing firearms. Despite this, federal authorities discovered over 30 social media posts spanning two years showing the rapper with guns.

SleazyWorld Go Faces Long Prison Term Following Gun Charge VerdictIn October 2022, federal agents observed SleazyWorld Go handling a black pistol near a vehicle at a Kansas City, Kansas, townhome complex. A subsequent search of his car revealed four firearms.

The original indictment, filed in August 2023, charged SleazyWorld Go with two counts: felon in possession of a firearm and machine gun possession. The jury ultimately convicted him only on the felon-in-possession charge involving a Romarm/Cugir 7.62x39mm pistol, finding him not guilty on the machine gun count and other serious allegations.

SleazyWorld Go’s legal team released a statement emphasizing respect for the jury’s verdict, while noting that he intends to file post-trial motions to challenge the guilty verdict. They also highlighted that the rapper is focused on his family, business ventures, and community work.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 30, 2026, and SleazyWorld Go’s attorneys have indicated they will pursue all available appeals to contest the conviction.
