Milagro Gramz is asking a federal judge to pause enforcement of a $75,000 judgment awarded to Megan Thee Stallion, arguing that paying now would create serious financial hardship while she continues her appeal.
In a newly filed motion, Gramz says she is a self-employed media commentator and content creator whose income depends on fluctuating revenue from online platforms, audience support, and subscriptions. She told the court she does not have substantial liquid assets and cannot afford to immediately satisfy the judgment or post a full appeal bond.
Gramz also stated that she supports her household and two minor children, warning that collection efforts could interfere with her ability to fund the appeal process, including filing fees, transcripts, and other legal expenses.
The request comes after a court reinstated the defamation award in favor of Megan Thee Stallion and entered a final judgment in the case. Gramz is now asking the judge to maintain the status quo until the appellate court has an opportunity to review the matter.
