KIM Kardashian has sparked rumors she’s had a nose job after posing for a new magazine photoshoot.

The Kardashians star, 43, displayed her “shrinking” nose on the cover of GQ’s global December/January Men of the Year issue.

Kim posed in an oversized pinstriped men’s shirt and printed tie teamed with a black blazer on the cover.

Her wet-look hair was styled in strands across her forehead and she wore minimal makeup.

The Skims founder sucked her finger while holding a huge packet of Cheetos with the other hand.

In another image, Kim posed behind a desk while wearing a black tuxedo dress and a pearl necklace.

The images were shared on Reddit, where critics claimed the mother of four’s nose looked significantly smaller.

One wrote: “Her nose looks so fake and skinny. looks like it’s about to fall off.”

Another asked: “Is it shrinking?”

A third posted: “Her nose looks REALLY skinny – another nose job?”

Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years and has previously admitted to getting Botox.

During an interview with Allure last summer, Kim was asked if she’d had any work done.

“A little bit of Botox,” she said, pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”

She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”

Kim added: “No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.

“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

BOTOX CONFESSION

Kim also revealed she gets Botox in an episode of the first season of The Kardashians.

She said: “Thank God for Botox,” while discussing the stress of studying to be a lawyer.

In a later episode, the Skkn founder joked that she’s had Botox in her neck.

Last week, the TV personality sparked concern with her seemingly “wonky” eye, which critics claimed was caused by too much Botox.

Kim revealed her smaller-looking left eye while attending the CFDA Awards.

The Hulu star went for a different hairdo, scraping her dark hair up into a messy bun with her bangs falling over her face.

Discussing her eye, one critic wrote online: “Definitely eyelid ptosis from migrating Botox.

“It’s temporary but yeah that’s what it looks like!!”
