JENNIFER Lopez has stepped out in a 𝑠e𝑥y and lavish gown that almost landed her in hot water.

The 54-year-old singer posted two photos of her wearing the gown on her Instagram feed.

The majority of Jennifer’s dress was made of a tight black fabric, but there were also two areas featuring a sparkly silver fabric.

All of the silver fabric was focused around her waist and chest, and wrapped around her neck.

There was also a large cutout on her torso that traveled from her stomach and up her chest.

Jennifer, also known as JLo, also had a massive slit going up one of her legs all the way up to the top of her hip.

The actress was one wrong move away from a massive NSFW wardrobe malfunction that could show off any of her private areas.

In the pictures, the star looked down at the floor to show off her glamorous makeup and silver earrings.

She wore the outfit to the 2023 Eastern Congo Initiative Poker and Blackjack Tournament with her husband, Ben Affleck.

He was wearing a handsome blue suit with a white button-up shirt and a pair of black shoes.

Fans in the comment sections of the social media post fawned over Jennifer and the gorgeous new photos.

“Queen! You look so stunning! I know something amazing is coming and I’m so excited,” one person said.

Meanwhile, Jennifer and her husband, Ben, have taken out a $20million mortgage on the $61million Beverly Hills mansion they allegedly paid for in cash, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

After searching for the perfect home for several months, the showbiz couple finally closed on the luxury property in May.

It was reported that they paid the $60.85million purchase price in all cash.

Now, it appears they reconsidered their finances and taken out a massive 30-year home loan with JPMorgan Chase Bank, according to contracts signed on August 31.

The 12-bed and 24-bath mansion was bought through a trust fund linked to their business managers Gary Kress and Brian Murphy.

For the first six years, it’s interest-only at 5.5 percent, then the rate increases, but the principal and interest will not start being paid off until November 2033.

Despite taking out the loan, experts said it’s a great deal for the couple – as mortgage rates are running at a 22-year high.
