The Portuguese icon racked up his 1,200th professional match on Friday night as Al-Nassr ran out comfortable 4-1 winners, and he was typically influential. Ronaldo tapped home the opener from Sadio Mane’s cross and followed that up with a fine cross to set up compatriot Otavio.

WHAT RONALDO SAIDThe 38-year-old superstar was evidently overjoyed to reach the 1,200-game milestone and evidently still believes he has a lot to give in the twilight of his career. Taking to social media after the game, he wrote: “Three more points! Thankful to all my team mates who helped me reach my 1200th match. What a ride, but we’re not done yet!”
