Serena Williams Redefines Fashion: Elevating the Sports Bra to a Stylish Statement Piece

In this day and age, undergarments can double as outer garments, and Serena Williams provided another example at a Berlei Sport campaign in Melbourne on Thursday. The tennis pro rocked a Berlei Shift underwire bra underneath a black blazer, combining the look with a fluffy black tulle miniskirt, embellished fishnet tights, and black pumps.

Williams is an ambassador for the brand and was at the event to lead a dance class. It’s no secret that Williams likes to bust a move, and not only did she lead a class, but she took to Instagram to reveal a short that she had filmed for Berlei’s “Do It for Yourself” campaign.

In the video, we see Williams enter a dance studio dressed in a Berlei bra, leg warmers, and high-waisted spandex that put her curves on display for all to admire. To a cover of Billy Idol’s “Dancing with Myself,” Williams twirls, jumps, and breaks it all the way down.
