The triple threat has been super busy lately promoting her movie, Hustlers, which hits theaters on Friday, September 13. On September 7, she was accompanied by her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, to the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival — the movie’s premiere, and the two looked amazing.

On September 6, the actress took to Instagram to give fans an inside look of her hard work and preparation. “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone,” she captioned a clip of herself dancing on the pole. “This was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done physically. But it was all worth it in the end.”

The video she shared on Insta was a teaser clip to a YouTube video called, “How I mastered the Pole Dance,” which is where the “Jenny from the Block” crooner got real about how much of a challenge it was to portray a stripper. “It’s rough on your body,” she said in the video. “It’s real acrobatics, but I’m just trying to learn the mechanics right now because strippers have lots of time to practice.”
