Inter Miami icon Lionel Messi stars in an advertisement worth up to $14 million.

Lionel Messi has made his mark in MLS, so it’s no surprise that the Inter Miami star will now appear on Super Bowl screens in an ad that costs $14 million for 60 seconds.

Messi will appear in an advertisement for Michelob Ultra beer during Super Bowl LVIII. The performance event, which typically attracts more than 100 million spectators, will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on February 11.

A short teaser of Messi’s appearance was revealed. The Argentinian star shows off his acting skills in front of a beautiful girl. The 36-year-old star ordered a drink on the beach, but unfortunately the drink was empty.

Michelob Ultra will be hoping that their partnership with Messi is a good one, which will benefit all involved.

The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner has taken America by storm since completing a stunning transfer to the United States in the summer of 2023. He inspired Inter Miami to their first ever Leagues Cup title in history.

Not only that, Messi has also motivated his former teammates to follow in his footsteps. Not only Busquets and Alba, but also Messi’s most recent partner in attack, Suarez, was also present.

There is still no information about Messi’s presence at the Super Bowl, as Inter Miami is currently participating in the Asian tour in early 2024. Inter Miami will face Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr in the tournament. Saudi Arabia, before heading to the Far East to meet Hong Kong Select XI and Japanese side Vissel Kobe.
