General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will solve Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) medical mystery. Apparently she wasn’t just faking and there’s actually something wrong-and it could be serious!
General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Collapsed
Heather had been brought into GH complaining of some pain in her hip, but it was quickly suspected she was faking to find a way to escape.
She picked her handcuff locks and knocked out a guard, and proceeded to go to the chapel armed with a bone saw to kill Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Heather blamed Cyrus for the death of her daughter Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) even though he had nothing to do with it, and was knocked out herself.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) acted quickly to save Cyrus’ life, but was concerned that Heather didn’t look well as guards led her away.
Sure enough, Heather complained of some pain and then couldn’t breathe-and she did pass out and collapse-no symptoms having to do with her head.
GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Assesses Heather Webber
Heather’s pain really hasn’t been in her head, in more ways than one-she didn’t complain of headaches or dizziness as one would expect with a head injury.
There is a slight possibility that the snake venom Heather used as “The Hook” could have caused some long-term problem in an organ, but not enough to be fatal.
The pain Heather described at first could have come from the kidney area, but the incident she suffered in the hallway could have been her heart.
Among the battery of tests that Finn does to find out what’s really wrong with Heather, something that hasn’t caused symptoms could also be revealed.
Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) suffered with brain tumors, and the first one affected his behavior centers and so he changed after it was removed-might that have been genetic?
General Hospital Spoilers – What Might Hamilton Finn Find?
Even if Finn doesn’t find Heather has a brain tumor, it could be something else genetic-something that could have passed through Esme and on to Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).
There has to be a reason the GH writers decided to have there be something actually wrong with Heather that Finn discovers and likely has to treat.
A genetic illness sometimes never comes to the forefront as anything serious until it’s later in the sufferer’s life, depending on what it is.
In Heather’s case, her mother, Alice Grant (Lieux Dressler) died of a cerebral hemorrhage, so that could in some way tie in to Franco’s tumor but not Heather’s symptoms.
However, Alice’s hemorrhage was likely caused by blood pressure issues which could also cause Heather’s heart attack issues!
