Thelma & Louise stars Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis enjoyed a happy reunion while attending 90s Con in Connecticut together on Sunday.

Sarandon, 77, and Davis, 68, were pictured speaking on a panel and sitting side by side at the Connecticut Convention Center, 33 years after they starred in Ridley Scott’s classic 1991 feminist road movie together.

The dynamic duo both matched in black, with Susan rocking a leather jacket over a turtleneck sweater.

The actress — who gave her blessing to the upcoming Broadway musical adaptation of the film — had her brunette tresses styled in bouncy locks for the occasion.

Meanwhile Geena looked chic in a black blazer, underneath which she wore a white collar shirt.

90s Con was co-founded by Christina Figliolia and Liliana Kligman.

It comes after Susan, who starred as Louise alongside Geena’s Thelma, gave her blessing to the stage musical adaptation of Thelma & Louise, starring Amanda Seyfried and Evan Rachel Wood.

‘I think that’s fabulous. They’re both great,’ the actress, told Variety in January of 2023.

In April of last year Amanda confirmed she will be playing Thelma in the musical Broadway adaptation.

She added that it will, ‘be awhile’ before the project is ready, but insisted there wasn’t more pressure because of how iconic the 1991 movie is.

‘No, it just makes you more excited because it’s been a long time and Callie Khouri, who wrote it, is writing this. So we’ve got all the right people involve. I’m not scared at all,’ Seyfried told ET.

In 2021 Susan and Geena kissed on the lips as they attended a special drive-in charity screening of their now-classic film, on the occasion of the its 30th anniversary.

The duo wore adorable black tops that said ‘She’s my Thelma & I’m her Louise,’ or the reverse, for the event, which raised partial proceeds to benefit The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media and L.A. Regional Food Bank.
