Anne Hathaway enjoyed the start of her weekend with a walk around her New York City neighborhood.

On Saturday, the 32-year-old actress was seen strolling with her two dogs Edward and Esmeralda without husband Adam Shulman, who usually accompanies her with their furry companions.

The Oscar winner had her hands full holding onto a leash in each hand but looked stylish while doing so dressed in a double denim outfit.

Anne wore not one but three jean apparel. Underneath her denim jacket, she had on a collared chambray shirt all of which she paired with distressed wide-leg jean trousers.

The Devil Wears Prada star covered her eyes with oversized sunglasses and had her long brunette tresses slicked back in a high bun.

For the walk, Anne opted for comfort as she rounded out her look with patterned slip-on sneakers.

Anne kept her focus on her chocolate Labrador Esmeralda and rescued puppy Edward.

Back in summer 2014, Edward’s arrival came after much careful consideration on Anne and Adam’s part.

‘They were looking for a companion for Esmeralda,’ Teri Austin, president of The Amanda Foundation, the Beverly Hills rescue where the Shulmans adopted the pup in June.

Recently Anne appeared on the new Spike hit show Lip Sync Battle competing against her Devil Wears Prada co-star Emily Blunt.

While her British pal performed hits by Blackstreet and Janis Joplin, ultimately Anne prevailed as the victor after an applause worthy staging of Mary J Blige and Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball.

Lip Sync Battle was one of Anne’s rare TV appearances but she will be back on the big screen when her latest film project The Intern co-starring Robert De Niro releases in the States on September 25.
