But Jennifer Lopez is proving that he isn’t the only athlete in their relationship.

The 47-year-old actress showed off her fantastic physique in athleticwear as she arrived at a gym in New York City on Thursday.

She may have been wearing mostly black but she did add a pop of color in the form of highlighter yellow Nike Air Presto Flyknit Ultra trainers.

J-Lo also covered her makeup-free face with a large pair of black sunglasses.

Her hair was pulled back very tightly into a bun so she would not have to fuss with it during the sweat session.

The busy entertainer has been shooting scenes for her hit TV drama Shades Of Blue in New York, but still managed to find time to work on her famous figure.

She wore a black windbreaker top with leggings that featured sheer panels.

In addition to filming Shades Of Blue, Jennifer will be returning to Las Vegas later this month for her All I Have concert residency at Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino.

Her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez did not accompany her on the Thursday workout session, but last month they were spotted at the same gym in Miami.

Of her gym time, Jennifer told E News, ‘I want to be there 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t have much time.’

She alternates between two trainers, Tracey Anderson and David Kirsch.

‘They get it. They get you in. They get it done, they understand the body,’ she said of her workout pros.

In order to lose the baby weight after giving birth to twins Max and Emme in 2008, Jennifer revealed to Extra, ‘I did full vegan for almost four, five weeks.’
