Russell Wilson and his popstar wife Ciara have sold their expansive Seattle property for an eyepopping $31million despite raking in less than their original selling price.
Built in 2007, the 11,104 square-foot mansion, which is located 10 miles away from Lumen Field, officially closed this week for $21.25M after it was originally listed for a whopping $28M.
It was initially on the market two years ago, when Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos. Wilson and Ciara, who celebrated the sale on Wednesday by going to Game 4 of Celtics-Cavs with one of their kids, moved into the mansion in 2015.
In addition to the sale of the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, Russ and Ciara also sold an adjacent plot of land for $9.75M, landing a total of $31 million from the sale.
The Bellevue, Washington estate contains a private dock on 164-feet of waterfront access, as well as a theater, gym, yoga and dance studio. A two-story treehouse was also built in the backyard. Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton from Windermere Real Estate were selling and listing agents.

Wilson, who led the Seahawks to their only Super Bowl title in 2013, was traded to the Broncos in 2022, after which he signed a five-year, $242.5M contract extension, only to be cut less than two seasons later.
The 35-year-old quarterback signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason, but for a lot less than the ‘big money’ contracts he’s usually offered – $1.21M.
‘This was Russ’ home in Seattle,’ one of the listing agents of the Bellevue mansion told The Puget Sound Business Journal in April.’ This is where he started his family. They have a recording studio in the house for Ciara. There is a very strong emotional attachment to the house.
‘They waited for someone who saw the value in it and they were willing to go along for the ride. We are really excited to have an incredible buyer who can now make their own memories here.’
The eight-figure sale was completed about a month after Wilson was hit was a $3.5M loss on his Denver home following his move to Pittsburgh.
