The 25-year-old – real name Belcalis Almanzar – looked elegant with a dash of 𝑠e𝑥 appeal as she rocked the feather fringed and mesh couture.

Her ample bosom could not be denied as the plunging bodice was covered with a scant amount of mesh fabric.

Adding luxury to the ravishing red carpet look, Cardi B flaunted ruffles on the hem of her revealing gown.

Throwing caution to the wind, the up and comer went virtually makeup free adding a neutral palette and soft taupe lip.

While the night was dominated by male winners, British rapper and singer Stefflon Don accepted her award for Best Female Act.

Other music star who took home awards were J Hus who won Best Song for his track Did You See and Giggs who won Best Hip Hop Act while South Londoner Dave won Best Newcomer.

While Mist picked up Best Video, Wizkid for Best International Act and Craig David nabbed his sixth MOBO for Best R&B/Soul Act.

Elsewhere, Damian Marley was named Best Reggae Act, Moses Boyd took home Best Jazz Act, Davido won Best African Act, and Volney Morgan & New-Ye won Best Gospel Act.
