Sonny Gives Anna Support After Horrible Charlotte Incident

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will give Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) his support after the horrible Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) incident. Anna’s WSB training took hold as she saw Charlotte holding a large flashlight towards her, dressed in a black Halloween costume in the dark-she shot her in the stomach.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Horrible Accident

Charlotte had broken away from her trick or treating group, having created a distraction to steal Anna’s keys to her new apartment earlier when she visited her father.

Charlotte already knew where Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) old apartment was, knowing Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) so finding the place was easy-she requested to trick or treat at Harbor Vista.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had taken Georgie, Charlotte, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Jake Webber (Hudson West) trick or treating and they were to stay together.

Charlotte had changed her costume to that of a tarot card hermit and entered Anna’s apartment, Jake following. Jake arrived just after Anna, not knowing it was Charlotte with an inoperable flashlight shot her.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Horrified, Anna Devane Inconsolable

Anna managed to keep it together until Jake, who ripped off his lab coat Halloween costume to stop Charlotte’s bleeding called 911. Valentin also had been looking for Charlotte and Jake, after Georgie and Danny arrived to the meeting spot alone.

Valentin shows up at GH where Jake’s mother, head nurse Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) screamed at him, wanting to know where her son was!

Jake is at the apartment, where he’s talking to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Anna finally is alone after that’s done-she’s inconsolable-Charlotte is Valentin’s world!

Somehow news of the tragic accident gets back to Sonny, and he offers Anna his full emotional support-Anna did nothing wrong, it was a tragic misunderstood situation.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Also Reinstates The Bodyguard

Sonny also reinstates the bodyguard, Anna realizing that even though Charlotte was terrorizing her, there’s still another threat-though she doesn’t tell him about Agent Forsyth (uncast).

That is staying between herself and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) for the time being, even though Anna now realizes Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had weaponized Charlotte against her.

Anna knows that there could be more threats out there-the unidentified Metro Court Sniper, for instance and that could have been Forsyth, considering the weapon was traced to the WSB arsenal.

Anna still has a hard time forgiving herself for shooting Charlotte, remembering how it felt when Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) was kidnapped and she feared for her life. Charlotte is older than Robin was at that time, but her heart still breaks for Charlotte and Valentin!

In an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday, Steve Davies revealed how Bashir’s lies poisoned the Princess against him and destroyed his career as one of the Royal Family’s most trusted drivers. And he lambasted the Corporation for failing to tell him for years that he was another victim of the web of deceit Bashir spun to secure his 1995 Panorama interview with Diana.

Ministers are set to consider a coroner’s recommendations on ‘cancel culture’ at universities after a third-year Oxford student killed himself when he was ostracised by fellow undergraduates. Nicholas Graham is writing to the Department for Education over the death of Alexander Rogers, 20, who took his own life when he found himself frozen out by his friends in what appears to be a phenomenon sweeping campuses. The Oxford coroner is highlighting the findings of a serious incident review which found students could ‘rush to judgment without knowledge of all the facts’ and then ‘shun those accused’.

Is the Keir Starmer Cabinet a government of adults, or a collection of college activists who have never grown up? The new Tory leader, Kemi Badenoch, accused the Prime Minister outright of being a student politician during their first Commons clash last week, and the jibe seemed to hit home. It is not just that the Labour Government has been entangled in avoidable scandals because so many of its members were too immature – and so easily seduced by offers of luxury goods, free tickets and other shiny gifts.

Yes, it is fun watching silly Leftists wailing and gnashing their teeth over President Trump’s victory. It is yet more evidence that such people have no real idea what is going on in the world. But that does not prove that Mr Trump’s election is good news for the rest of us. Leave aside his deep personal unpleasantness, which is beyond dispute. Such nastiness is not unknown among Leftists and liberals. We have no real idea what he will do, because he does not know either. Despite being the most cunning politician in the English-speaking world since the death of the late Princess Diana, Mr Trump (like her) is not especially intelligent or well-informed. It is a sad fact of politics that the most astute people are seldom the brightest, while the cleverest are usually bad at the feral behaviour which gets yo to the top.

As a schoolgirl, growing up in a small Derbyshire village in the Noughties, Tia Billinger had big dreams. Dazzled by the stars burning bright in her young eyes, she lapped up reality TV shows such as Celebrity Big Brother, I’m A Celebrity and The X Factor. This was exactly the kind of fame the pretty blonde teenager grew up craving; the kind that comes from exposure and hype rather than any discernible talent. To be fair, such a desire is hardly unusual among young people today. But Tia’s longing for fame and attention was to take her in an extreme, horrifying direction – one which, as the Mail has discovered this week, has been almost unbelievable for those who remember her as a sweet schoolgirl, utterly devoted to her privately educated long-term boyfriend.
