Pacific Palisades, CA — Clintn Lord, a 32-year-old hip-hop influencer with a large social media following, was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading no contest to raping multiple women in a fire-damaged mansion he falsely claimed to own.
The mansion, valued at $5.3 million, had been abandoned following recent wildfires in the area. Prosecutors said Clintn Lord exploited the chaos of the disaster, luring women inside the property under the pretense of ownership before assaulting them.
Court documents detail the predatory nature of his crimes. In one instance, a woman reported being taken to the Palisades villa after a night of partying in June 2025. Despite explicitly stating she did not want to engage sexually, Lord allegedly forced himself on her, restraining her to prevent her from calling for help. The victim escaped barefoot and sought medical treatment at UCLA Medical Center before reporting the attack to authorities.
A second woman described a similar encounter in August 2025. Lord reportedly approached her on a Santa Monica street, claiming to work in fashion, and invited her to the same Palisades property under the guise of watching movies. She testified that he forcibly grabbed her and assaulted her in a bedroom, ignoring her repeated pleas to stop.
Lord was arrested on November 19, 2025. He initially faced three counts of felony forcible rape and one count of felony assault with intent to commit rape, charges that could have carried a sentence of 90 years to life. His plea deal significantly reduced the potential sentence but still ensures nearly a decade behind bars.
Authorities highlighted Lord’s brazen social media presence, which included posts from music industry events and YouTube videos for tracks like Anarchy and Dirty Dancing, even as he targeted victims in the fire-damaged properties.
The sentence brings an end to Lord’s predatory behavior in the Palisades area, with prosecutors emphasizing that he exploited the vulnerability of wildfire survivors to commit his crimes.
