Cardi B has reportedly secured another major courtroom victory in her long-running legal dispute with blogger Tasha K after a Florida judge found the media personality in contempt over alleged violations of a settlement agreement.
According to reports from AllHipHop, the ruling was issued Wednesday during a hearing connected to the years-long defamation case between the Grammy-winning rapper and the YouTube commentator, whose real name is Latasha Kebe.
Sources familiar with the proceedings claim the court ordered Tasha K to immediately remove content that allegedly violated the terms of the settlement agreement. The judge also reportedly imposed additional financial penalties, including attorneys’ fees tied to the dispute.
Cardi B was not present in court at the time of the ruling.
The latest development marks another chapter in one of hip-hop’s most closely watched legal battles. In 2022, Cardi B won a defamation lawsuit against Tasha K after accusing the blogger of spreading false and damaging claims about her online. The original judgment totaled nearly $4 million.
After later filing for bankruptcy, Tasha K reportedly reached a revised settlement agreement that reduced the debt to approximately $1.2 million through structured payments over time.
As part of that agreement, both parties allegedly agreed to a non-disparagement clause preventing Tasha K from publicly discussing Cardi B, her husband Offset, or NFL player Stefon Diggs.
According to recent court filings, Cardi B’s legal team argued that Tasha K violated those terms multiple times through online commentary involving Offset’s alleged gambling issues and reports tied to a Florida casino incident.
Offset’s gambling controversies had previously surfaced publicly. Earlier reports claimed the rapper faced disputes connected to large gambling losses and unpaid casino markers in recent years.
Sources also claim the court sanctioned Tasha K’s attorney over allegedly inaccurate or unsupported legal citations submitted during proceedings.
Cardi B’s attorney, Lisa Moore, is reportedly seeking additional financial penalties and pursuing the remaining balance tied to the original judgment, which could total several million dollars if approved by the court.
Neither Cardi B nor Tasha K immediately released public statements following the latest hearing.
