According to court documents and local reporting, 23-year-old Tyrese Fenton-Watson was arrested on April 28 and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and kidnapping. His arrest makes him the seventh person charged in connection with the March 2024 incident.

Court filings claim one individual was held for nearly an hour during the incident while a child was also restrained inside the home.

Prosecutors further allege that several individuals remained outside the property coordinating the operation and communicating with those inside.

All seven defendants are currently being held in federal custody without bond. If convicted, some of the charges could carry potential life sentences related to kidnapping conspiracy, while robbery conspiracy charges may carry sentences of up to 20 years in prison.

Lil Zay Osama has publicly denied the allegations.

In a statement shared after the charges became public, the rapper said he believes the truth will come out through the legal process and maintained that he is innocent.

His attorneys continue to challenge the accusations as the case moves forward through federal court.
