The incident reportedly occurred in late January, but OJ was taken into custody on March 15 by the Georgia State Patrol. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the trooper alleges that OJ was tailgating and honking while merging into the HOV lane. He then reportedly passed the officer, pulled out a black handgun, and pointed it directly at the trooper before speeding away in his Nissan Altima.
