Tom Brady reportedly ended his romance with model Irina Shayk last month because he wants to be more focused on his career and fatherhood, according to British media. Nevertheless, it seems they may have found a way to make things work – as friends or otherwise – as Bradley Cooper’s baby mama was still spotted going into Brady’s NYC flat earlier this week.

The former NFL star, 46, has talked extensively about fatherhood and how he strives to be better for his children Jack, Benjamin and Vivian. His former wife, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, famously told Elle that she’d repeatedly asked him to “be more present” with their kids during his stint in the NFL, and the quarterback has admitted its something he’s had to learn to do in recent years

In April 2022 Brady called working fatherhood “difficult to reconcile” on a podcast episode, but since separating from the model and stepping back from the game, has made his kids a priority.

On Father’s Day this year he posted on Instagram that “Being a dad is the best thing in my life” and said his kids have taught him how to cherish every moment, admitting that he is “still working on this daily” because “that’s what matters most”, according to US media.

1. Jack Moynahan, 16

Tom Brady shares his firstborn son John “Jack” Edward Thomas with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan.

The 16-year-old was born in 2007 in Santa Monica, California. According to People, Moynahan got pregnant just before she split up with Brady, and the athlete had already started dating Bündchen by the time of the baby’s birth.

Bündchen told People, “I call him my bonus child.”

Last year, Brady spoke about how excited he was to see his eldest son playing as a quarterback for his high school American football team. “I love watching him play quarterback because I think there’s very few things in life that I could probably help him with,” Brady said on his podcast. “You know, I don’t have a lot of specialities in life other than probably throwing the football.” He added, “He’s way smarter. He’s got a great work ethic”.

Brady married his then-girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret model Gisele Bündchen in 2009, and they had their first child together, Benjamin, later that year.

In an episode of Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray in September, Brady said his son was also showing some interest in American football. He said that Benjamin wanted to be a tight end like Rob Gronkowski. “So I actually texted Gronk and I’m like, ‘Yo, my boy wants to be like you!’ And he loved it,” said the proud dad.

3. Vivian Lake Brady, 10

Daddy’s little girl! Brady’s youngest child with Bündchen was born in 2012, in Boston, per People. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2016, Brady said of Vivian: “That little girl owns my day – owns my life,” sharing that he “can’t say no to anything”.

According to the same source, the 10-year-old loves yoga, meditation and riding horses – just like her wellness enthusiast mum.
