Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s baby name revealed! Pair formally christen newborn son as birth date is unveiled – days after pair welcomed ‘miracle’ child

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have officially named their first child together Rocky Thirteen Barker.

The Blast have obtained a copy of the couple’s birthday certificate, which confirms the child’s name after Travis revealed numerous times he had liked that particular moniker.

The certificate shows that the child’s first name is Rocky, his middle name Thirteen, followed by the last name of Barker.

Rocky’s date of birth was also officially revealed – the certificate shows the child was born on November 1, 2023 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Travis, 48, had revealed several times during Kourtney’s pregnancy that he wanted to name the child Rocky Thirteen – saying he ‘couldn’t get the name out of my head.’

Travis opened up about the moniker during an interview with his daughter Alabama for Complex’s GOAT Talk video series over the summer.

The musician stated at the time, ‘Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time.’

He also took inspiration from the Sylvester Stallone-starring movie Rocky, which he described as ‘the greatest boxing movie of all time.’

Alabama then expressed that the idea of her father naming his new son Rocky Thirteen was ‘so bad,’ about which he jokingly agreed.

When Barker asked his daughter for other ideas, she listed Audemars, Cloud, Patek and Milan as potential names.

While the name, Rocky Thirteen, drew inspiration from iconic films, his older sister’s name, Alabama, was also named after a character from the 1993 movie, True Romance.

However, her initial feelings towards the name of her baby brother have since changed, which she admitted during a recent interview with E! News.

‘It’s a cool name. We all have very authentic, weird names,’ she explained to the outlet, and gushed, ‘I just think having another family member is always awesome. And getting to know a new person, it’s gonna be so fun and so exciting.’

He’s also the stepfather to model Atiana De La Hoya, Moakler’s daughter with boxer Oscar De La Hoya, and he reportedly considers her like a daughter after primarily raising her during periods when De La Hoya was absent.

Kourtney already has three children with her former partner Scott Disick: sons Mason, 13, and Reign, eight, as well as her daughter Penelope, 11.

It was a long and difficult journey for the musician and the reality star to welcome their first child together, which followed two years of trying to conceive.

Kourtney underwent several rounds of IVF treatments — which were documented on The Kardashians — but surprisingly it wasn’t until she had given up on the treatments late in 2022 that she finally got pregnant.

She called the shocking outcome ‘God’s plan.’

But her joy turned to horror in September, when she revealed that she went through a ‘terrifying’ fetal surgery to help save her unborn child’s life.

Since giving birth, a source told People that Kourtney is ‘happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now’ and ‘feels so blessed.’
