He was sitting in a tiny white wagon with large gray and white wheels.

The baby was playing with a bucket full of multi-colored plastic blocks.

They were all of different shapes, and he was trying to put the blocks into a shape puzzle.

Tatum was wearing a tan tank top, and his head was covered in messy curls.

He babbled as he tried to grip the blocks and pick them up off the floor.

Khloe shares Tatum and her five-year-old daughter, True, with her ex and NBA star Tristan Thompson, 32.

IT’S OFFICIAL

Khloe has finally legally changed Tatum’s name.

The name of their baby boy was never made legal until the end of August, according to new reports.

It was legally changed to Tatum Thompson, People reported.

The Good American founder initially listed her son’s name as “Baby Kardashian” on his birth certificate.

This was because she hadn’t decided on an official moniker for him.

A Los Angeles county judge granted the name change for the 13-month-old, officially naming him Tatum Thompson.

California law states new parents can pick whether they’d like their child to have the father’s last name, their mother’s last name, or both.

Whichever name the parents choose becomes permanent unless a court order changes it.

SURROGACY BLUES

Khloe and Tristan welcomed their son via surrogacy in July 2022.

Back in July, Khloe admitted she felt disconnected from Tatum because she had him via a surrogate.

Khloe called the process of surrogacy transactional and said she felt guilty that another woman gave birth to her child.

She talked about the difficult journey during a conversation with her sister Kim and Scott Disick during The Kardashians Season 3 premiere.

Khloe said: “The surrogate process, Kim knows, it’s really hard for me.”

Then, in a confessional, Khloe said: “I definitely buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy that I didn’t digest what was happening.

“So I think when I went to the hospital, I really think that was the first time it really registered.

“It has nothing to do with the baby but I was in a state of shock I think because of my entire experience in general.

“I felt very guilty that this woman just had a baby and then you take the baby and go to another room.”

Khloe continued: “It’s such a transactional experience because it’s not about him.

“I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It doesn’t mean it’s bad, it’s just different.”
