The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Eric Wakes Up Wanting Brooke – Thinks They’re Still Married?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Eric Forrester (John McCook) still has a difficult road ahead of him, but he’ll hopefully open his eyes right before Christmas. That should leave Eric’s loved ones rejoicing, but things could be more complicated than they seem.

Once Eric recovers enough to breathe on his own and finally speaks, he may ask to see his favorite Logan sister.

However, let’s consider for a moment that Eric might wake up wanting Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) instead of Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis)!

Eric was married to Brooke more than once and shares children with her, so they’ve always had a special connection.

The show’s definitely been highlighting Brooke and Eric’s bond throughout his ordeal, so there could be a reason for that.

Back when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) woke up in the hospital after nearly losing her life in the alley, she thought she was married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

The trauma of Steffy’s ordeal messed with her head, so she briefly forgot all about being married to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

What if B&B chooses to tell a similar story now? Perhaps Eric could awaken with memory issues of his own and believe he’s still married to Brooke.

That news would come as a shock to Donna, Brooke, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and all the others, so they might debate how to handle it.

Eric’s medical crisis could have some unexpected complications if he can’t remember his latest love story chapter with Donna and believes he’s still madly in love with Brooke instead.

Even if they try to gently explain the truth to Eric, he might reject it and insist on winning Brooke back.

It’d be an interesting twist and could create a whole new feud with Ridge if this goes on long enough.

Although Brooke considers Ridge to be her destiny, she might get swept up in the memories of being with Eric and feel something more than friendship for him again – especially after nearly losing him.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric’s recovery could get messy, so stay tuned for updates on all the upcoming shockers.
