Did the presence of strιpper poles, gangsta-themed murals, and the monumental cathedral atrium make it excessively over-the-top? Absolutely. Was the marbleized mansion tailored too extensively to the rapper’s extravagant taste? Certainly. Living lavishly was undeniably easy here. However, the notorious mega-mansion had garnered controversy long before “Fiddy” ever set foot inside, earning a mention in the Hartford Courant as “the most notorious house in Connecticut.”
