The Kardashians star Khloe had fans fretting for her as she stepped out at her nephew Saint West’s basketball game in Los Angeles with a ‘collapsed’ nose under sunglasses

Khloe Kardashian fans are worried the reality star “can’t breathe” as she stepped out with a “collapsed nose” in Los Angeles.

The Kardashians star attended her nephew Saint West’s basketball game in California and looked stunning as ever in a huge cream teddy bear coat and a pair of oversized orange sunglasses. But Khloe’s nose looked a little different under the glasses as she swiped on a matte pink pout.

Khloe let her sleek blonde hair cascade down to her waist, adding a pair of brown and cream Nike trainers to her casual ensemble, with a black jumper worn underneath her coat. She was joined by her daughter True and niece Dream as she emerged from a black Range Rover to attend the game.

But fans over on Reddit were more concerned by Khloe’s changed appearance, with one wondering: “Can she breathe adequately through that nose or is it mostly decorative at this point?” While someone else asked: “Has her nasal valve completely collapsed already?”

Someone else said it was a “shame” Khloe seems to be struggling, with one admitting: “It’s been hard to watch this get progressively worse.” Another echoed: “It’s so sad though because every time I see this all I can think about is how this is her mom’s fault. Her mom is the one that would tell her she needed a nose job from a young age.

“I know what it’s like for a mom to make comments about your looks or things you should change or work on and that sh** really messes you up.”

Khloe has opened up about her nose job in the past, admitting in June 2021 that she went under the knife. She told Andy Cohen: “Everyone says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ – I’ve had one nose job, Dr Raj Kanodia.”

She added on The Kardashians: “My whole life I would say – I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever. But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”

Kris said Khloe looked “different” than her sisters Kim and Kourtney when she was born, writing in her 2011 memoir Kris Jenner… and All Things Kardashian: “From the moment I saw her, Khloe just looked like a Khloe. Like her name, Khloe looked different. Different from everyone else in the family, from the moment she was born.”

She called Kourtney “so little and petite and cute” and Kim “breathtakingly beautiful” in the same breath – and later, Khloe heard her mum telling her friend she thought her daughter needed a nose job when she was only nine years old.
