Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge catches Steffy off guard, and Hope sees a different side of Brooke.

Hope Tells Liam She’s Optimistic at Logan
Liam continues trying to convince Hope to come to work there so they can make out all day. Hope loves him but she thinks that Forrester may start to feel like home if Brooke becomes Co-CEO.
Her mom dedicated her soul to the company and made them millions. They talk about how she and her mom have never received enough respect.
Hope is sure that her mom will step up to Steffy. Liam can see she loves her mom like he loves her.
He wants to welcome her to Logan. She already feels welcome but she can’t leave her mom.
For her sake, he hopes change is in the air at Forrester. But if it’s not, can she promise to leave that place.
Hope has faith it will all work out for her and her mom.
Brooke Sends Ridge Off with Orders at Home
Brooke tries tempting Ridge back into be debut he needs to hydrate first. She makes her pitch again to take Steffy’s place as Co-CEO. It’s time for a changing of the guard.
Ridge wants to talk it over with Carter. “No now. Steffy must be told today,” Brooke orders.
She lists all her accomplishments and demands that he acknowledge he has heard her. He needs to spell it out to her daughter that she’s being demoted.
Brooke orders him to act.
Once he leaves for work, Hope arrives and her mom explains she was right about her laying low. She’s talked to Ridge and about why she should help run the company.
He warmed up to the idea eventually and is meeting with Steffy right now. Hope is impressed. Brooke is confident she will have the job today.
at the Forrester Office
Steffy tells Jesse how great his work on the Berlin project was. After he leaves from their review, Finn shows up with coffee.
He tells her how amazing it was to watch her work and they kiss. He says she’s a real “top dog.”
Steffy says working with her dad is a dream come true. She doesn’t know who she would be without Forrester.
“It feels like wonderful, happy times at Forrester Creations,” she declares. They kiss.
After he exits, she calls to make a deal.
Ridge arrives and his daughter tells him how perfect everything is and how much she likes them working together.
He says he’s proud of things she’s done. She feels like she’s just getting started.
Shrugging and grumbling, he babbles about Brooke being an icon. Steffy assumes his wife is getting in his ear about HFTF.
Sighing, he explains his wife thinks she should be Co-CEO. Steffy laughs. “That is funny,” she says, assuming it would be the three of them.
He’s silent. She figures out that Brooke wants to run things with him. Is he really asking her to step down?
He says nothing. “You are saying that,” she guesses.
Katie and Donna Argue Again at Eric’s
Katie arrives and Donna begs her to say she won’t lure Hope away from Forrester. “I’m freaking out!” Donna says.
Katie tells her to calm down. No decisions have bee made. Donna repeats that this can’t happen.
Her sister says that Hope is an adult and can make her own decisions. Donna worries it will ruin the sisterhood and it can’t happen.
She insists that sisters shouldn’t stab each other in the back. Katie says it was all Liam’s idea.
Donna thinks that’s sweet but he doens’t understand what it would do to his wife and her mom. She accuses Katie of trying to put the company ahead of her sister.
She orders her not to poach their niece. That infuriates Katie, who reminds her that she didn’t poach Eric and she won’t apologize for using the family name.
Donna tells her she needs to make it on her own with her own people. Katie accuses her of demeaning her.
Her sister has to drink water and explains she’s only trying to stop her from doing something crazy. She’s sure they both know how Brooke will respond.
She tells Katie to get anyone but Hope.
