Chace Crawford Exclusive: The Actor Shares Insights on Why His Bulge Was Edited out of Amazon Prime Video Series, The Boys.

According to Chace Crawford, the character he played in the Amazon Prime series The Boys was meant to have an absurdly big penis.

However, the notion made the massive streaming service queasy, and The Deep’s package was cut out of the program during post-production.

When an unairbrushed image of The Deep’s bulge appeared in an official Amazon calendar in 2019, fans discovered he was genetically fortunate.

A shift in strategy!According to Chace Crawford, his character in the Amazon Prime series The Boys was originally intended to have a ridiculously big penis. However, the notion made the streaming behemoth uncomfortable, and The Deep’s package was removed during post-production.

In an interview with Daily Mail Australia last week, Chace stated that the calendar was accurate and that his persona was always meant to be exceptionally well-built.

He clarified that when his supervisors at Amazon learned he was sporting a prosthetic penis beneath his superhero outfit, they were quite alarmed.

“We get no notes from Amazon, but the first one we got was that can’t f**king happen, we’ve got to take that out,” stated showrunner Eric Kripke.

Chace said producers had to use CGI effects to shrink his character’s penis in scenes that had already been filmed.

‘I’ve been to Bondi Beach, and had a look at the lights around my hotel,’ he said, referring to the Vivid festival.

Chace went viral in 2019 when the calendar picture of The Deep with a large penis spread like wildfire on social media.
