A magnificent Beverly Hills mansion with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, previously occupied by Drake, is now on the market for $62 MILLION.

A stunning seven bedroom Beverly Hills mansion, once lived in by Canadian rapper Drake has gone on the market for $62 million.

The luxurious home was built in early 2021 and originally marketed for sale with an even higher price tag of $65 million.

The home dubbed the ‘Elementi’ includes a glass bridge, a massive master bedroom suite, a pool and hot tub, roof top fire pit, and floor-to-ceiling windows that boast jaw-dropping views of Los Angeles.

Drake is said to have dropped $215,000 a month on the rental, although he only lived there for a short time before the home finally sold for $42million in the summer of 2021.

Drake was able to rent such a luxurious home thanks to his estimated fortune of $250 million.

But the mystery buyer never moved in and less than two years later, the property is back on the market, now with an asking price of $62 million and comes complete with stunning views of LA

The house was leased to rapper Drake for a time who paid $215,000 a month on the rental before home was finally sold for $42 million in the summer of 2021

Outside, the home a beautifully designed courtyard with a 20-foot cascading water wall that sits behind a 150-year-old Mediterranean olive tree that was shipped over from Italy

The property is set on a half-acre hillside plot and also gives a sense of privacy and seclusion

The home is now back on the market but for $20million more at $62million.

Although it is not known who the current owner is, the buyer never moved into the palatial home despite making some renovations to the place including some alterations to the swimming pool.

The empty mansion’s asking price is clearly aimed at those within the billionaire buyers club.

The mansion boasts numerous luxurious features, including an 18,000-square-foot living space that sits behind gates and tall hedges.

There are also two kitchens: a main kitchen complete with sleek Gaggenau appliances, and a separate butler’s kitchen with two stoves.

The living room’s fireplace is built from Italian black marble and walls of glass that lead out to a large terrace with a fire pit.

The master suite, one of 14 bedroom on property has two dual marble baths, an enormous walk-in closet, and balcony with a Jacuzzi.

The property, set on a half-acre hillside plot also gives a sense of privacy and seclusion, making it an ideal home for high-profile buyers.

The mansion, designed by South Africa-based architecture firm, SAOTA is located in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood.

The 18,000-square-foot mansion was built by Luxford Investment Group, a company founded by Chinese billionaire Wang Zhongjun and headed by developer Michael Chen.
