また、ロシアが第2次世界大戦でドイツ戦に勝利してから80周年を迎えることから、今年を「祖国防衛者の年」にすると表明しました。
一方、フィナンシャル・タイムズは31日、ロシア軍がおよそ10年前から日本と韓国の160カ所の攻撃目標を策定していたと報じました。
茨城県の東海村の原子力施設や関門トンネルなどのインフラも攻撃対象に含まれています。
ロシアはNATO＝北大西洋条約機構との戦争が東アジアに拡大した場合を想定していたということです。
計画は現在も有効だと指摘しています。
