Beckham, who is set to be a free agent this offseason, has been instrumental in the Rams’ run to Super Bowl LVI since joining the team midseason. Emerging as a key target for quarterback Matthew Stafford, he’s recorded 541 yards and six touchdowns across 10 total games with the club.

The 29-year-old also expressed regret regarding his midseason release by the Cleveland Browns, which prompted his move to Los Angeles. Beckham and the Browns parted ways after his father released a video documenting missed and errant throws from his former quarterback Baker Mayfield.

“One of the biggest regrets that I have about the way things ended is I just didn’t get … it’s like having a breakup, but there really was no closure, and it’s kind of just like you go, that’s just it,” Beckham said.

He added: “A lot of things were out of my control. By the time I woke up, the video was already posted. It just was unfortunate. Sometimes things go that way in life, and you just kind of got to roll with the punches. I just think about, here I am now and just making the most of the opportunity that I have.”

A three-time Pro Bowler, Beckham will be looking to win the first Super Bowl of his career Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.
