Speaking on Phenomenally Retro, Styles had strong praise for Gable, arguing that the former Olympian has evolved into a bigger star than ever before and deserves a major push.

“I think he’s a bigger superstar than he’s ever been at this very moment,” Styles said. “If we don’t capitalize on that—and I say we because I’m part of WWE—if we don’t capitalize on this, we’re dumb. We’re dummies.”

Gable has received widespread praise in recent months for both his in-ring performances and character work, particularly through his various storylines and standout matches. Many fans and wrestlers alike have pointed to his ability to excel in virtually every role WWE has given him.

“This guy is legit, and everything about him—his look, his ability… everything about him is scary. If you know anything about collegiate wrestling or pro wrestling, this guy can take care of business.”
