With Taylor Swift being nominated for a Golden Globe and Travis Kelce having a game against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, many people are wondering if the two will attend the Golden Globe Awards together.

It has been reported by numerous sources that Swift plans to attend the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday after being nominated for a Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award due to her film, “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.” However, it is unlikely that her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, will attend with her.

Kelce is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chiefs, in fact, have a game in Los Angeles on Sunday, so many are speculating that he will appear on the red carpet with her.

However, the Chiefs and Chargers game begins at 1:25 p.m. PT and many celebrities start showing up on the red carpet around 4 p.m. PT. The game will most likely not even be over before red carpet appearances begin.

It is also customary for the Kansas City Chiefs players to travel to and from away games with each other and would be very taboo for Kelce to not return home with the team, especially if they happen to lose. The team also tends to fly back to Kansas City right after their games end and do not spend any time in the city they are visiting.

While Kelce will most likely not be attending the Golden Globes, it is also inferred that Swift will not be attending the Chiefs and Chargers game due to how close the time frame is to the ceremony.

Kelce and Swift have both stated how important their careers are to both of them and while they enjoy supporting one another, their careers will always come first.

It is very unlikely that Kelce would not attend the game, leave early or not travel home with his team due to how dedicated he is to his career and to his team.
