DoorDash Driver Who Posted TikTok of Nude, Sleeping Customer, Then Claimed She Was Assaulted, is Indicted
Authorities in New York have indicted a former DoorDash driver, Olivia Henderson, 23, on serious allegations after she reportedly took a video of a customer who was nude and unconscious in his apartment during a food delivery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred months earlier when Henderson, while delivering a food order, allegedly filmed the man while he was in a compromised state and posted the video on social media platforms.

The video, which was taken from outside the residence, showed the victim lying on a couch, seemingly unconscious and incapacitated due to alcohol consumption. Henderson posted the video on TikTok, but it was later removed. She claimed that TikTok removed the video as part of a form of “punishment” for her, although TikTok did not respond to requests for comment regarding her allegations.

After Henderson posted the video, she filed a police report claiming that the man had sexually assaulted her, but an investigation revealed no evidence supporting her claims. The victim cooperated fully with the authorities during the investigation.

Henderson faces charges for “degrading” the victim by recording his “intimate parts” without his knowledge or consent while he was in a place where he had a reasonable expectation of privacy. She is charged with one count of first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance.

Henderson has pleaded not guilty to the charges. She is expected to appear in court again on June 5, 2026, for further proceedings. The case continues to draw attention due to the disturbing nature of the allegations and the impact it has had on the victim, who was in a vulnerable state at the time of the incident.
